About the role
The Head of Product will lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, owning the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with company goals. This full-time, on-site role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams to define requirements, deliver high-quality features, and launch new products.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market and customer research, analyzing usage and performance data, defining and refining product positioning, and managing the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Establishing product management processes, mentoring and growing the product team, and ensuring that feedback from customers and stakeholders is systematically incorporated into the product.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on execution, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Defining and driving Product Strategy and Product Management activities, including roadmap ownership and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities to interpret data, understand customer needs, and size opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and clear documentation of product decisions.
- Proven experience leading product teams in a startup or high-growth environment, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Demonstrated success launching and iterating digital products, with familiarity in agile methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Comfortable working on-site, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in early-stage or stealth startups, and a track record of building zero-to-one products is highly beneficial.
