Senior Product Manager

Staff Business Application Owner to lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of critical business and HR technology platforms that support PEO services. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR, operations, finance, and technology teams to align applications with business objectives.Define requirements, prioritize product/backlog items, and drive improvements using data and client feedback.Oversee application configuration, integrations, and end-to-end workflow enhancements.Improve data integrity and enable scalable, compliant solutions for small and midsize business clients.Lead change management by coordinating adoption and operational readiness for system updates. Qualifications & Skills Strong business and application ownership experience, with ability to translate needs into actionable roadmaps.Proficiency managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving process streamlining.Experience with HR/business systems, integrations, and maintaining accurate, trustworthy data.Demonstrated capability to prioritize effectively and deliver continuous improvement.Knowledge of compliance considerations relevant to HR technology and client operations.
