About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the product lifecycle process including EPD-GTM communication and handoff protocols
  • Oversee the flow of customer feedback between GTM, Support, and product teams, focusing on prioritization insights
  • Design and manage a structured new-PM onboarding program that aligns with the PM ladder and ensures consistent ramp-up times
  • Undertake high-leverage tasks such as offsite planning and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proficient in building durable systems rather than merely managing tasks; you've ensured infrastructure remains effective post-transition

  • Proven history of ownership over KPI frameworks and instrumentation across various products and teams
  • Skilled program manager with experience managing multi-product alpha-beta-GA lifecycle processes
  • Excellent communication abilities; adept at simplifying complex operational scenarios to facilitate agreement among stakeholders
  • Bonus: background in hospitality technology, enterprise SaaS with key accounts, or progress in scaling product analytics at growth-stage firms

Benefits

  • Self Improvement Club: Monthly meetings to share personal goals, with a budget for goal-related purchases
  • Professional Development Chats: Budget allocated for cross-functional professional development discussions
  • Travel Reimbursement: Stipend for team members visiting offices in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas
  • Personal Travel Reimbursement: Credit for stays at partnered hotels
