Marketing$162k–$240k/yrFull-time

About the Role

Fractal Analytics is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies with a vision to power every human decision in the enterprise. Cogentiq is Fractal's secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents, and multi-agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails, and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/low-code development console, Agent & MCP Gateways, and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections, and guardrails.

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Product Marketing to lead and own the marketing strategy across the entire Cogentiq product portfolio — including Cogentiq CX, Cogentiq I2C, Cogentiq AIW, and the Cogentiq platform. The ideal candidate will be a senior product marketing leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise product marketing at scale, building and leading high-performing teams, and shaping a compelling portfolio narrative across multiple AI-powered products. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, connecting product strategy to revenue across positioning, go-to-market, sales enablement, and demand generation.

Location: New York / USA

Note: This position is not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product marketing strategy across the entire Cogentiq portfolio — Cogentiq CX, I2C, AIW, and the Cogentiq platform — ensuring each product has sharp, differentiated positioning while laddering up to one coherent company and platform narrative.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the product marketing function, setting direction, priorities, and standards as the team and business scale.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with enterprise personas and CXO-level buyers across each product line.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and buyer insight across the contact center, conversational AI, agentic AI, and enterprise platform spaces, and translate findings into positioning and growth opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for product launches and major releases across all products, including planning, cross-functional orchestration, and post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, and demand generation) to create engaging content — blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations — across the portfolio.
  • Deliver story-driven content that showcases product value while addressing enterprise pain points such as automation ROI, operational efficiency, agent and workforce productivity, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Develop the sales enablement toolkit — battle cards, pitch decks, training materials, demo narratives, and use-case libraries — to empower sales teams to win across products.
  • Partner with demand generation to optimize lead acquisition and conversion, including account-based marketing and target-oriented, pipeline-driven campaigns.
  • Utilize leading marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics) for targeting, campaign execution, and analytics.
  • Establish marketing performance metrics, measure and report on campaign and pipeline impact, and continuously improve ROI across the portfolio.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise product marketing, including several years in a leadership or head-of-function capacity, ideally within SaaS, AI, CCaaS, or enterprise platform companies.
  • Proven success owning product marketing for a multi-product portfolio or platform, balancing individual product positioning with a unified company narrative.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading product marketing teams and partnering at the executive level across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong background marketing AI-powered, SaaS, Contact Center / CCaaS, or enterprise platform products to enterprise audiences and CXO buyers.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to make complex AI products clear and compelling.
  • Deep experience with account-based marketing, pipeline-driven campaigns, and webinars as demand and lead-quality drivers.
  • Proficiency in leading marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, or similar) and a data-driven approach to measuring impact.
  • Experience leading global, enterprise-focused marketing efforts; familiarity with enterprise KPIs and buyer personas such as Chief Customer Officer, VP of Operations, and platform/technology decision-makers.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $162,000 - $240,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans — eligible on the first day of employment.
  • Company 401(k) Plan participation after 30 days of employment.
  • 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
  • "Free time" PTO policy allowing flexibility for sick time or vacation.
