About the role
This is a senior-level role focused on determining Product Strategy for the Charles River Investment Management Solution, product ownership, and responsibilities for business development/partnerships, client enablement/solutioning, Charles River for Private Markets, and Charles River Wealth product organizations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Client Advisory Board members, key clients, and development market intelligence to shape the future direction of the Platform.
- Ensure products are compelling, differentiated, and demonstrate value to customers and the market.
- Set long-term product vision aligned with company growth, revenue, and market positioning.
- Translate business strategy into a prioritized, multi-year product roadmap.
- Drive product portfolio-level decisions (build vs. buy vs. partner).
- Serve as a key subject matter expert and thought leader in this space for CRD.
- Drive AI adoption across the R&D organization, leading key AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar senior-level position.
- Proven track record of successful product strategy and execution.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management, software development, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services industry preferred.
