About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Product Design to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a high-performing design team through hiring and professional growth
- Drive and define the design strategy for multiple products within the company's suite
- Lead by example in establishing high standards for design quality and execution
- Set and maintain a clear bar for design excellence and coherence across teams
- Stay involved in the design production process, ensuring high quality in final outputs
- Serve as the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, advocating for user needs
- Foster an environment of rapid shipping while maintaining design integrity
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience leading design teams with a proven track record of managing senior individual contributors
- Experience shipping impactful products that improve customer experience and business metrics
- Ability to create and implement structure in a rapidly growing environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and practical use of AI tools
- Portfolio showcasing both strategic design and detailed execution across various user types
- Bonus: Experience designing for varied technical and non-technical audiences
- Bonus: Background in Analytics, Experimentation, or Developer-oriented tools
