Responsibilities

  • Architect and evangelize product strategies, managing the current portfolio – including Payables, Receivables, Virtual Cards, and Inventory – while identifying opportunities for commercial evolution
  • Accelerate the AI journey by directing the advancement and delivery of the technology roadmap and the commercialization of Cloud ERP solutions
  • Scale the product organization to bring solutions to market and operate Taulia’s platform with a focus on reliability, consistency, and operational excellence
  • Own the strategic roadmap process, ensuring organizational resources are strictly aligned with commercial objectives and platform stability, while managing transparent internal and external communication of product priorities
  • Spearhead the ramp-up of Receivables and Virtual Cards, overseeing the migration of large, existing programs onto these platforms to drive market leadership

  • 10+ years of experience in senior Product Management roles, with a robust background in the fintech or trade finance sectors
  • Proven history of building scalable revenue models and managing product P&L effectively
  • Successful track record of overachieving in demanding, fast-paced environments where disciplined, high-quality execution is paramount
  • Deep commitment to building relationships and fostering collaboration between Product, Engineering, commercial teams, and strategic partners
  • Thorough understanding of intricate technical landscapes, particularly within the SAP environment, ensuring products integrate seamlessly for the end-user
  • High level of technical curiosity and thoughtfulness regarding engineering and AI, with the ability to prioritize tradeoffs across a complex portfolio
  • Expertise in the international financial landscape, including a sophisticated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to payables, receivables, and card networks
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Extensive experience engaging with clients and partners, presenting to large audiences, and managing complex networks
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to operate strategically while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Advocate for creating a diverse and inclusive work environment

Personal characteristics

  • Execution-focused leader who is motivated by high performance and finds genuine fulfillment in taking established products and making them world-class
  • Disciplined strategist with a talent for radical focus, possessing the maturity to ensure organizational energy is directed toward the most impactful commercial opportunities
  • High integrity with a strong ability to build trust quickly and an unwavering commitment to ethical business practices
  • Ambitious and action-oriented mindset with a “get shit done” attitude that favors permanent, scalable solutions over temporary fixes
  • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with a profound sense of urgency
