Head of Product

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Product to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape the product direction for a consumer-focused platform serving underserved customers, with a clear mandate to drive both growth and meaningful business impact. The role will translate company priorities into a cohesive product strategy, balancing customer needs, revenue outcomes, and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with data, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to set measurable goals and build a high-performing product organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $230,000 – $290,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute a bold product vision to improve lives of underserved customers. Own outcomes related to acquisition, conversion, engagement, and monetization. Translate company priorities into actionable product investments and roadmaps. Utilize customer insights and data to guide product decisions. Collaborate with the Data team to establish success metrics and accountability through OKRs. Deliver experiences that enhance revenue and customer engagement while optimizing costs. Build and train a world-class product and design team. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in consumer products. 3+ years in product leadership at an early-stage technology company. 5+ years working with consumer mobile products.
