Head of Product

About the Role

Autonomize AI is the healthcare industry's purpose-built AI platform for automating complex administrative processes. We are seeking a Head of Product to lead us through a decisive moment for the company and the industry. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting to the CEO, owning the full product surface and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product roadmap across AI applications and workflows, Agents, and platform capabilities
• Translate healthcare market dynamics, customer pain, and competitive signals into a clear product strategy and execution plan
• Lead the evolution of the Autonomize Platform, ensuring scalability, configurability, and extensibility for enterprise health plans and provider organizations
• Own the product roadmap for prior authorization, utilization management, care management, and claims AI applications
• Partner with sales and marketing to define product positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation
• Build and lead a high-performance product team, establishing strong discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a clear track record of building and scaling B2B healthcare technology products
• Deep domain expertise in health plans and/or provider organizations
• 0-to-1 AND scale experience, having launched products from scratch and scaled them to meaningful revenue and enterprise adoption
• AI product experience, having built and shipped AI/ML-powered products and understanding model lifecycle considerations
• Platform thinking, understanding the difference between building a platform and building features on top of one
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI systems, and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, X12)
• Exceptionally strong communicator, capable of presenting to health system CIOs, payer CMOs, and the board with equal effectiveness
