About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a groundbreaking AI operating system from the ground up, launching into an audience of millions with an established company's resources and a strong brand behind it.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy from first principles to shipped product to a scalable platform.
  • Make key decisions on what to build first, what to say no to, and how quickly to move.
  • Lead the product team, including hiring and leading product managers, designers, and working closely with engineering.
  • Work directly with revenue leadership on pricing, packaging, activation, retention, and expansion, connecting product decisions to the P&L in weeks, not quarters.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product experience, with meaningful time as a Head of Product, Group PM, or Director/VP at a company known for product excellence.
  • Experience taking a product from concept to market, either by founding, incubating, or launching a new line inside a larger company.
  • Fluency in AI products, having shipped or deeply worked on LLM-powered features or platforms, understanding RAG, agents, model tradeoffs, and knowing where AI creates real user value.
  • A background in platform architecture, dealing with integrations, APIs, and making many tools feel like one product.
  • A commercial mindset, comfortable in a revenue-driven culture, talking conversion, LTV, and churn as fluently as user research and design systems.
  • A high-velocity approach, finding fast decision-making energizing and able to impose just enough process to move faster.
  • A builder in an operator's world, able to hold one's own with a large, opinionated, established organization, earning trust from leadership and sales while protecting the product's integrity and the roadmap's focus.
