Head of Process Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide process engineering strategy
• Develop and manage a team of process engineering specialists
• Establish the Process Engineering Steering Committee for alignment
• Build relationships across functions to drive transformation initiatives
• Define enterprise process management standards and governance frameworks
• Own the strategy and outcomes for all Customer Success technology platforms
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement organization-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12-15+ years in Process Engineering or related fields
• 5-10+ years managing global cross-functional teams
• Deep expertise in Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement
• Proven experience with AI-enabled transformation initiatives

Pay

• $130,000 – $180,000 annually
