Creative Engine

  • Build a high-velocity creative engine from the ground up, uncovering the messages, formats, and visuals that inspire healing and compel people to take the hardest, bravest step of their lives.

Performance Funnel

  • Build the engine that turns interest into action. Deploy consistent messaging across ads and landing pages, then champion what works into the buyer's journey across the website, lifecycle, and sales.
  • Every optimization removes friction between someone's suffering and their healing.

Ai-First Team

  • Design the right mix of tools, contractors, agencies, and FTEs to make psychedelic medicine mainstream. You decide what this team looks like to move fast and raise the bar.

Pay

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000+ USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity.
