Responsibilities

• Shape future-focused workforce, capability and learning strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to respond to workforce opportunities and challenges.
• Champion the use of insights, data and technology to deliver measurable impact.
• Leverage technology, digital learning and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and workforce readiness.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity, building capability and
