Head of Payments Systems

About the role

Piloting technical foundations of payments outsourced to the group
Liaising between local regulators and product teams
Building and improving services for customers in the US
Driving payment migrations (cards, acquiring, etc.)
Being the point of contact for payment providers
Evaluating opportunities of new schemes
Building end-to-end lifecycle of payment systems

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering
7+ years of experience in payments
Expertise in the payments landscape, including deep knowledge of providers, regulators, etc.
Understanding of related regulations (e.g., ISO 20022)
Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Nice to have
Executive and board-level interaction experience
Solid connections across industry stakeholder groups
Relevant financial services experience

Skills

Expert knowledge of local regulations to work on high-impact initiatives
Insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers
