What You’ll Do
- Identify new partnership opportunities that will drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth
- Define, develop, and execute a comprehensive partnership roadmap & strategy
- Drive incremental revenue through partner channels by developing go-to-market strategies, partner enablement programs, and co-marketing activities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful execution
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including pipeline growth, partner-generated revenue, and other KPIs
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the company’s solutions in the partnership ecosystem
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding high-impact partnerships that significantly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements and strategically managing long-term partnerships
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively with both external partners and various internal stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and the partner ecosystem
- Roadbust analytical skills for effectively tracking, reporting, and deriving insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for partnership initiatives
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
