About the Role
This is a career-defining opportunity to play a leading role in the growth of the Americas region for Sitetracker through strategic partnerships. You’ll build and activate high-value alliances with SIs, Consultancies, and ISVs, influencing major players within the critical infrastructure ecosystem. This challenging, growth-oriented role within a high-performing team will allow you to shape market expansion through commercial acumen, speed, and rigor. Focus markets include the US, Canada, and LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through and with partners in the Americas region, reporting directly to the VP of Global Partnerships.
- Support go-to-market efforts in collaboration with regional sales leaders.
- Provide GTM enablement to priority partners, build relationships, and drive joint business plans.
- Spearhead co-selling initiatives to achieve ambitious ARR targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Within 90 days:
- Integrate into the Partners organization and understand the current partner network.
- Conduct 1:1s with AMER AEs and SEs to identify deals where partners can provide immediate value.
- Master Sitetracker’s value proposition and articulate it to partners and prospects.
- Establish joint business plans with at least two priority Global SIs.
- Initiate outreach and secure discovery meetings with 5-7 key regional partners.
- Contribute to pipeline development by registering partner-sourced opportunities.
- Within 180 days:
- Close your first partner-sourced deal to drive measurable ARR growth.
- Onboard and initiate co-selling with at least three new regional partners.
- Implement a structured regional strategy to prioritize high-upside markets.
- Within 365 days:
- Achieve annual ARR targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Develop a robust and diverse partner ecosystem with established governance.
- Be recognized as a strategic leader in defining and executing the long-term partnership vision for the AMER region.
Requirements
- Track record of generating partner-sourced opportunities through strategic initiatives.
- Experience identifying when to bring partners into direct sales cycles to add value.
- Consistently exceed personal revenue targets with a strong commercial drive.
- Hands-on approach to leading sales cycles with partners and account executives, including shaping joint value propositions and preparing sales collateral.
- Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition for SIs, Consultancies, and ISVs.
- Experience mapping internal account lists with partner accounts to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Understanding of professional service organizations’ internal dynamics and key profiles for driving partnerships.
- Success in converting nascent or unproductive partnerships into highly productive ones.
- Structured, strategic approach to regional prioritization and maximizing ROI across diverse markets.
- Experience implementing programmatic governance (e.g., QBRs, joint business plans) to advance partners from registered to preferred tiers.
- Proven ability to navigate and resolve complex partner issues or escalations while protecting high-value relationships.
- Extensive experience within Telco, Energy, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure industries.
- Existing understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience working with Salesforce SI or ISV partners.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape for asset lifecycle management solutions in AMER.
Pay
The salary hiring range for this position is $300,000 - $360,000 OTE on a 60-40 split.
