Head of Partner Programs, Strategy and Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Partner Programs, Strategy and Operations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will own the operational backbone for the partnerships function, building the processes, governance, and systems needed to scale partner-led growth. The role will shape commercial models and operating rhythms in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. It will also establish the metrics, decision frameworks, and execution discipline required to turn partner strategy into measurable business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $250,000 – $315,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Build the operating system for partnerships with clear processes and governance
• Architect partner motions and commercial models in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create a reliable measurement system for partner performance
• Establish decision-making frameworks based on partner data
• Own and prioritize the partner systems architecture
• Drive initiatives from ambiguity to tangible execution
• Continuously optimize partner operations for efficiency and growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, with B2B SaaS experience
• Proven experience building an operating function from scratch
• Strong understanding of partnerships and partner-led motions
• Ability to think systematically and develop scalable solutions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue and attribution data
• Proven leadership skills across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
