About the role

As the Head of Google Cloud Partner Funds Operations, you will step into an executive Individual Contributor (IC) leadership role responsible for the global strategy, operational execution, and compliance oversight of Google Cloud's partner investment fund programs. This includes critical growth engines such as Deal Acceleration Funds (DAF), Partner Services Funds (PSF), Rapid Migration and Modernization Program (RaMP), and the Gemini Enterprise Transformation Fund (GET). This role requires a strong execution leader who can simultaneously drive dynamic ecosystem growth while maintaining financial integrity and compliance. You will oversee the global implementation of these partner fund programs, serving as the primary authority on compliance and high-value fund pre-sales and deployment. Your mission is to build and scale a thriving partner ecosystem while ensuring every dollar of the investment is anchored in a high return on investment (ROI) and strict regulatory governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global partner funding (PSF, DAF, RaMP, GET) to drive Cloud consumption.
  • Architect future funds balancing partners and direct benefits to speed up agreements.
  • Prevent fund misuse through globally scalable, secure financial review processes.
  • Manage compliance escalations, exceptions, and partner accountability for value delivery.
  • Update program policies and Terms of Service based on leadership direction.
  • Deploy Agentic AI to automate reviews and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Oversee vendor review teams to maximize speed, accuracy, and SLAs.
  • Build telemetry to track partner eligibility, fund utilization, and ROI.
  • Advise sales and partners on complex funding, negotiations, and escalations.
  • Align with Legal, Finance, and EBI to ensure absolute policy compliance.
  • Create enablement training and communications for program launches and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in global partnerships, strategy and operations, consulting, or finance governance within a technology environment.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and structures with global System Integrators (GSIs) or startups.
  • Experience leading global initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degree.
  • Experience implementing AI, automated data pipelines, or automation tools to streamline financial and operational workflows.
  • Experience collaborating intimately with Finance and Controllership teams to proactively manage budget envelopes and model incentive ROI.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and partner ecosystems, particularly in infrastructure (IaaS), platform (PaaS), and generative AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex partner escalations and maintain executive-level relationships under pressure.

Pay

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $164,000 - $240,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
