Head of Operations (Remote)

Job Summary

The Head of Operations at Decile Group will lead the day-to-day operations of a complex and market-leading business aimed at launching 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025. This role will focus on optimizing and scaling operational processes to support hundreds of venture capital firms globally.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and streamline operational processes to support the growth of hundreds of venture capital firms globally.
• Lead the development and implementation of best-in-class operational systems and procedures.
• Ensure efficient and effective management of all aspects of the business, including finance, HR, IT, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capital firms, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a high-growth technology or financial services environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
