Head of Operations

The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role based in the United States for a global, fully remote financial services organization. Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading operations within banking, fintech, financial services, or wealth management environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing and scaling multiple operational functions, including payments, treasury, settlements, and business operations.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, operational transformation, automation, and building scalable workflows.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, AML frameworks, and financial crime prevention practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing operational organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Experience working with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset operations is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment with strong autonomy and collaboration skills.
