Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team, tackling the fragmented data and workflows of the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of the CEO, owning decisions and workstreams.
• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure company priorities are executed effectively.
• Own cross-functional project management for high-impact initiatives.
• Define, document, and operationalize company-wide processes to improve efficiency.
• Act as a central hub for communication and identify operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or operations.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• High level of business judgment and ability to operate independently.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted representative of senior leadership.
