About the role
The England Lions Foam Academy is gearing up for the European Dodgeball Championships 2025. The team aims to secure gold in the prestigious event.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for the England Lions team
- Coordinate with coaches and athletes to ensure peak performance
- Manage logistics for travel and accommodation
- Monitor and analyze performance data to improve strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record in coaching and managing sports teams
- Experience in organizing international competitions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience
- Experience with foam dodgeball equipment
