Head of Operations

What you'll do

• Lead Operational Excellence
• Own the execution of day-to-day operations to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and on-time export performance.
• Improve coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, Quality Assurance, Finance, Suppliers, and Operations.
• Anticipate operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions before they become issues.
• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Standardize and strengthen operational processes while ensuring flexibility to support growth.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions that address recurring operational challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all operational teams.
• Ensure Compliance & Manage Risk
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the business and our customers.
• Drive accountability for quality, compliance, and operational consistency across the organization.
• Lead People & Performance
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operational team members.
• Create an environment built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support succession planning, employee development, and leadership growth across the operations team.
• Build a high-performing organization capable of supporting ATI's continued expansion.
• Own Operational Performance
• Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs across the business.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational performance updates to the leadership team.
• Use data and analytics to guide decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and improve business outcomes.
• Ensure teams remain focused on the metrics that matter most to customers and the business.
• Serve as the Business Integrator
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Remove barriers that slow execution and help teams work together effectively.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll bring

• Significant leadership experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of operational planning, process improvement, quality systems, and performance management.
• Experience building scalable operating processes and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions using data—even when information is incomplete.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

What you'll be paid

Compensation is commensurate with experience in the range of $110K-$170K. ATI offers a comprehensive benefits package including bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
