Head of Medical Information

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the medical information strategy for diverse stakeholders
• Utilize innovative solutions and AI in creating and managing medical content
• Train the Medical Information call center team as a subject matter expert
• Liaise with Bristol Myers Squibb to align Medical Information practices
• Generate actionable insights from medical information metrics and queries
• Oversee MLR review process for promotional and non-promotional materials
• Support Medical Affairs at scientific congresses and professional events

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or equivalent required
• 5-8 years' experience in Medical Information or Medical Affairs roles
• Expert knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills to interpret Medical Information metrics
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Oncology experience required; RPT experience preferred

Pay

$210,572 – $255,164 annually
