Head of Marketing (B2B Technology & IT Services)
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy for a fast-growing technology organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building brand presence, accelerating demand generation, strengthening partner marketing, driving executive engagement, and delivering measurable pipeline growth across North America.
The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B marketing leader with deep experience in IT Services, Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Technology Consulting, capable of building a modern marketing function that directly contributes to revenue growth. This position requires frequent collaboration with executive leadership and the ability to travel across the United States (50–60%) for customer meetings, executive events, conferences, and partner engagements.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute the organization's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Lead brand transformation initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Drive executive and internal communications aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing
- Build and scale demand generation programs that create measurable pipeline growth.
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner ecosystems.
- Establish marketing attribution models and performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
- Executive Events & Customer Engagement
- Lead planning and execution of executive briefings, CXO forums, customer roundtables, board meetings, and industry conferences.
- Deliver exceptional executive-level customer engagement experiences.
- Manage event marketing, social media promotion, and post-event campaigns.
- Partner Marketing
- Develop co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners.
- Execute joint campaigns, webinars, field marketing events, and digital programs.
- Build strong relationships with alliance and partner teams.
- Content & Product Marketing
- Define the content marketing strategy including thought leadership, case studies, blogs, videos, and digital campaigns.
- Translate complex technology offerings into compelling customer value propositions.
- Develop messaging tailored to enterprise decision-makers.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor internal marketing teams and external agencies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic marketing initiatives.
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of B2B Marketing experience.
- Proven leadership experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Cloud, Data & AI, or Digital Transformation organizations.
