We are recruiting for a confident, creative and engaging person to join us as our Head of Marketing and Audience Development.

About the role

The role leads on the strategic allocation of The Theatre’s marketing resources, oversees the work of the department, and will develop our understanding of existing and potential audiences. Together this will lead to developing exciting plans that respond to the data and creating targeted and responsive messaging for the organisation.
