Head of Investor Relations

About the role

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an Investor Relations professional to build and lead a best-in-class investor relations function on a group level, working closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to investor inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze forecasts, data, and assumptions to provide an aggregated view of expectations and implications for investor/analyst perception.
• Establish processes and systems to build a leading investor relations function.
• Develop an IR Plan to expand and enhance coverage of the company.
• Monitor analyst reports and peer news to communicate internally about competitive information.
• Maintain an active investor/analyst database of interactions with the financial community and the press.
• Proactively communicate and build relationships with current investors and analysts, while targeting potential new investors and analysts.
• Regularly participate in external reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with specialization in Finance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, consistency, and timely responses.
• Collaborative style working across internal and external teams.
• Direct work experience in the investment community on the buy or sell-side.
• High literacy in financial statements and valuation models.
