Head of Investor Relations

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to own the equity story and the relationship with the Street. You will lead earnings, investor days, and roadshows, craft consistent and compliant financial messaging with the CEO and CFO, and provide leadership with investor intelligence.

Responsibilities

• IR Strategy: Own investor relations strategy and the equity story.
• Investor Communications: Lead earnings, investor days, roadshows, and investor materials.
• Street Management: Manage relationships with analysts and institutional investors.
• Messaging: Craft consistent, compliant financial messaging with the CEO and CFO.
• Market Intelligence: Provide leadership with investor sentiment and competitive intelligence.
• Compliance: Ensure disclosure compliance in coordination with legal and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in IR, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Capital Markets: Strong understanding of capital markets and the buy / sell side.
• Communication: Exceptional financial storytelling and executive communication.
• Messaging: Experience crafting the equity narrative.
• Relationships: Established analyst / investor relationships.
• Compliance: Knowledge of disclosure and regulatory requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's in finance or related; MBA / CFA a plus.

• Compensation: Base salary range of $350,000 to $425,000, with exact placement determined by skills, years of experience, and interview performance.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $350,000 to $425,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
