Head of Infrastructure & Security

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure & Security to lead our efforts in ensuring that our clients' systems not only function but also operate securely. You will be responsible for leading the development and management of a robust infrastructure while keeping a vigilant eye on security - both for us and our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a robust infrastructure
• Ensure the security of client systems
• Develop and implement solutions that make our clients' digital operations safe and efficient
• Be our strategic and operational engine in this area

Requirements

You have extensive experience in IT infrastructure and security, particularly with Microsoft's cloud platform. You are experienced in taking responsibility, driving projects, and making decisions - and you do it with both brain and heart. You enjoy staying updated on new threats and solutions, and you have the ability to explain complex things in a way that even your grandmother would understand. You are a player who thrives at building relationships, but you also have the strength to say "no" when necessary (in a pleasant manner).

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and security, especially with Microsoft's cloud platform
• Experience taking responsibility, driving projects, and making decisions
• The ability to stay updated on new threats and solutions

Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Microsoft's cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365, etc.)
• Experience in security and risk management
