Job Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies that support organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration activities across the organization.
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and employee support programs while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
- Manage human resources operations, reporting, and vendor relationships while driving process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrate experience managing employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance functions.
- Possess strong knowledge of employment regulations, policy administration, and human resources best practices.
- Use human resources systems, workforce data, and reporting tools effectively to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Build strong partnerships with executive leadership and align people strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to support planning, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organizational change initiatives while supporting communication, adoption, and workforce readiness.
- Maintain excellent communication, leadership, and relationship building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Bring professional certification, facilities administration experience, or expertise in process improvement considered beneficial.
