Head of HR
About the role
The ideal candidate will be a senior HR leader who thrives in a lean, high-performing environment and enjoys operating as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leadership and operate in a billable, client-service oriented environment
- Build and administer structured career frameworks, competency models, and performance review cycles
- Operate in a lean organization as a standalone HR leader
- Experience working with a PEO partner (Sequoia One is a plus)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with prior experience as a Head of HR or a senior HR leader, required
- Previous experience within professional services, consulting, or financial services environments, required
- Ability to go in 4 days a week into the NYC office, required

Benefits
- Base salary range: $160,000 - $175,000
- Compensation is commensurate with experience
