About the role

Develop Health North America management strategies, policies, and practices in collaboration with the infrastructure domains Safety, Health & Environment, Security, Facility Management, the business units as well as HR and Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Health and Wellness across NA, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards and policies
  • Oversee programs in Health, incl. Occupational Health & Medicine, Medical Response, Travel Health, Pandemic Preparedness, Employee Wellness, Mental Health, Health Promotion and Hygiene
  • Oversee Health Management providers and agreements
  • Provide technical advice on medical insurance and drive initiatives for employee health and well-being
  • Consult on and assess Health across all Admin, R&D and Production sites within the region
  • Professionally represent Health NA in regional leadership meetings as well as being part of cross-regional governance
  • Ensure reporting transparency, operational excellence, and cost efficiency in all health-related activities
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in health programs to support business objectives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Candidates must be a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or hold a Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with an Occupational Health Certification
  • Corporate experience essential, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a pioneering mindset, able to work independently and drive initiatives
  • Agile approach that combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational management
  • Digitally literate and comfortable using technology for communication, reporting, and program management
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Pay

The salary range for this role is $130,000.00 and $200,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above.
