About the role

The Head of GTM AI and Engineering is responsible for leading the development and execution of AI-powered technologies that transform go-to-market operations at scale. This role combines engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, and product management to build intelligent systems that improve business performance and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap for go-to-market systems, ensuring scalable, intelligent solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers while fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of production-grade AI models, intelligent automation, forecasting engines, and data pipelines that streamline workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Establish rigorous quality standards, governance frameworks, and validation processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and trustworthiness of AI-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, revenue operations, and business functions to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities and enterprise objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of scalable data architectures, standardized metrics, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making capabilities across the organization.
  • Champion a customer-focused, innovation-driven culture by encouraging continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term technology leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, revenue technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing engineering leaders or other people managers within complex, high-growth technology organizations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI orchestration, intelligent agents, and production AI architectures.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI workflows, automation platforms, or advanced data engineering solutions.
  • Deep understanding of large-scale data modeling, SQL, BigQuery or comparable cloud data platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, enterprise data warehouses, business intelligence tools, and go-to-market technology stacks is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and communicate effectively with executive and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills with experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting usage-based, consumption-driven, or product-led growth business models is considered an advantage.
