Qualifications

  • 8+ years managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios
  • 3+ years managing video-first platforms like YouTube with a $20M+/year budget
  • Experience in scaling performance video in lead gen niches such as insurance or financial services
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel/Sheets
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership in driving aggressive growth and profitability targets
