The Role
As a global entertainment company built for the AI era, Wonder has a story worth telling at scale. This role exists to ensure that the story reaches the largest possible audience.
We're looking for a growth leader who has built audiences that matter. You will own Wonder's growth strategy end-to-end, spanning audience growth, distribution, demand generation, community, content and marketing. You will be someone who combines analytical rigor with creative instinct and moves at the pace of a high-growth startup.
What You'll Own
- Growth strategy and execution across all Wonder channels and platforms (e.g. Wonder TV, the Wonder App, YouTube, social, newsletter and future media properties)
- Identifying, owning and executing strategic growth opportunities and distribution partnerships
- Building and leading Wonder's growth team, including social growth, comms, marketing and PR functions
- Leading major launches, campaigns and activations with a focus on measurable business outcomes
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record of scaling audiences, channels, products, communities or brands from early stage to meaningful scale ideally in a tier 1 start up / scale up
- Expertise across growth loops, experimentation, attribution, conversion funnels, audience development and performance marketing
- Strong analytical instincts paired with strong creative judgement
- Experience building teams, growth systems, reporting frameworks and scalable processes
- You live at the intersection of tech, media, and culture and are passionate about how new ideas and products spread online
- Fluency with AI tools as a genuine force multiplier in your workflow. You are a tinkerer at heart who is curious to explore new formats that bridges ideas to influence
