Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more. We’ve raised +15 million dollars from Base10, Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators. Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami. We are hiring a Head of Growth to design, own, and scale the growth motion, with a strong focus on the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and scale the growth motion, with a strong focus on the US market
  • Own the entire customer journey, from first touch to activation and retention
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to design and iterate on onboarding and activation flows
  • Contribute directly to defining US product market fit
  • Own paid acquisition strategy, with SEA as a core growth lever
  • Scale spend confidently based on ROI and business impact
  • Launch and optimize retargeting strategies across channels
  • Work with external partners where execution is outsourced today
  • Improve landing pages, conversion paths, and activation funnels
  • Lead experimentation across website and onboarding experiences
  • Work hands on with designers and engineers to ship improvements quickly
  • Define growth KPIs and success metrics without overengineering analytics
  • Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on impact and effort
  • Cross-functional leadership, building strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Revenue, SEO, Brand, and Content
  • Set direction and execute alongside the team
  • Prepare the ground for future hires, including a GTM Engineer

Qualifications

  • Strong blend of Product, SEA, and PLG experience
  • Technical, deeply data-driven, and highly interested in AI-driven workflows, particularly in onboarding and activation
  • Significant experience in paid acquisition as a core lever, coming from consumer or prosumer SaaS companies with similar ACVs, such as Grammarly, Figma, or Notion
  • Product-centric mindset with the ability to own the full customer journey
  • Comfortable working hands-on with engineers and designers to build, fix, or prototype solutions
  • Experience building or collaborating on technical POCs
  • Strong interest in AI-driven workflows and experimentation
  • Experience with onboarding optimization and activation-focused growth
  • Long tenure in previous roles, showing commitment and ownership
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
