Head of Global Payments Business

Responsibilities Own the overall strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments businessLead and manage cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and TechnologyDefine business priorities, product roadmap, operating models, and growth initiatives to drive business performanceBuild and scale cross-border payment solutions, including collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment productsCollaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and external partners to support market expansion and customer growthOversee payment operations, settlement flows, liquidity management, and service performanceEstablish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management processes across the organization Requirements 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital asset industriesProven experience leading a business unit, product organization, or payments business with full ownership of business outcomesStrong understanding of payment products, cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and operational processesExperience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teamsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable products and business growthDemonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teamsFamiliarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and global payment regulationsFluent English communication skills We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
