Head of Global Operations

Responsibilities

• Establish effective functional programs aligned with business strategy
• Deliver project plans on time, meeting business objectives
• Ensure quality standards are met in roll-outs and execution
• Identify and share process improvement opportunities
• Communicate lessons learned and insights to team and community
• Resolve high-level project issues and troubleshoot team projects
• Contribute to the development of strategic team initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in project and change management
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to meet quality and benefit realization standards
• Experience in facilitating effective communication and sharing insights
• Prominent track record in strategic initiative development and implementation
