Responsibilities
- Set and lead the vision for the Financial and Business Intelligence function
- Accurate oversight of management information and executive insights agenda
- Build and maintain a trusted enterprise data foundation for key intelligence areas
- Translate data into actionable business intelligence and strategic insights
- Lead performance diagnostics and forecasting for strategic planning
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align KPIs and evaluate business performance
- Manage a distributed team, ensuring standards and governance are met across functions
- Innovate the use of AI and automation across reporting and analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Finance or Data Analytics
- 15+ years experience in business intelligence and financial services
- Strong knowledge of asset management and commercial intelligence processes
- Proven ability to improve data quality and establish reporting practices
- Proficient in BI tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Power BI
- Experience leading distributed teams balancing enterprise and business standards
- Excellent analytical and storytelling skills for executive communication
