About the role

The Head of Finance will lead the build-out of robust financial and reporting infrastructure as the company transitions from advanced R&D and pilot stage into a major commercial scale-up phase. This is a high-impact, succession-track opportunity designed as a path to CFO within 12–24 months.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in venture- or PE-backed startups
• Relevant industry experience in hardware, robotics or manufacturing
• Strong background in FP&A, controllership, treasury, and financial operations
• Strong foundation in accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and board reporting
• Direct interaction with Board-level stakeholders, as well as board reporting and presentation

Qualifications

• Active CPA (or equivalent national license) strongly preferred
