Head of Finance Transformation

We are partnering with a forward-thinking organization seeking a Head of Finance Transformation to help build the future of its finance function. Working closely with a visionary CEO, CFO, Technology, and Operations leadership, this individual will have the opportunity to rethink how Finance operates and create a more integrated, scalable, and forward-looking organization. Responsibilities:Lead the overall finance transformation strategy, with an emphasis on automation, AI, systems, data, and process improvement.Bring together FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, and financial operations into a more connected finance environment.Modernize budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and scenario modeling.Reduce manual processes, spreadsheet dependency, reconciliations, and disconnected reporting.Partner with Technology and Operations to embed Finance requirements into enterprise systems and data workflows.Develop reporting and analytics that provide leadership with clearer, faster insights into business performance.Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team, translating financial information into actionable business insights.Lead and develop a strong finance team while creating a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability. Requirements:10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience across FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, financial operations, or finance transformation.Demonstrated success building or transforming a finance capability, process, system, reporting environment, or operating model.Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills.Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, BI/reporting tools, automation, or modern data environments.Ability to effectively partner across Finance, Technology, Operations, and executive leadership.Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior leadership and board-level audiences.CPA, MBA, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
