About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile leader to lead Finance Systems & Data at Faire. The ideal candidate will have deep technical fluency in finance systems and a proven track record of driving modernization and AI adoption in finance contexts. Key responsibilities include:

• Own the Finance Systems Architecture and Roadmap

• Drive AI Enablement Across the Finance Org

• Oversee the Finance Data Function

• Manage Cross-Functional Partnership and Vendors

• Manage and Develop the Team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Systems or Business Systems

• Player-coach orientation

• Deep technical expertise with NetSuite and the broader finance SaaS portfolio

• Demonstrated track record of driving AI/automation projects end-to-end in a finance or business systems context

• Direct experience preparing for or operating in a public-company environment

• Experience hiring and managing technical talent

• Marketplace/transactional/fintech experience strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits

San Francisco: The pay range for this role is $236,000 to $324,500 per year. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with employees working 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote. Specific workplace and information technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as indicated in the job posting.
