The Head of Fabrication will build the function from the ground up, defining strategy, setting standards, and leading the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in fabrication and manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience standing up a fabrication function from scratch
- Deep technical credibility
- Track record of driving unit cost down on fabricated assemblies
- High-mix, low-to-mid volume experience
- Strategic range - ability to zoom across different levels of the production process
- Strong partnership with Engineering
- Financial and operational literacy
- Comfort with ambiguity
