You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Own the Experimentation pillar and partner with Design and Engineering teams
• Make experimentation the measurement layer of the AI SDLC
• Win over high-maturity buyers by delivering essential statistical capabilities
• Utilize warehouse-native strategies for expansive coverage and analysis capacity
• Operate a high-performing product function with disciplined roadmap management
• Act as the external face of the experimentation category for clients and partners

Qualifications

• Senior product leader with experience in statistical rigor and data infrastructure
• Fluency in experimentation methodology including causal inference and multi-armed bandits
• Credibility with data science leaders and ability to recruit talent
• Led a cross-functional team including engineering, design, and data science
• Strong communicator, able to make decisions with incomplete information
• Visionary on the future of experimentation in AI-driven environments

Pay

$301,000 – $414,000 annually (includes 20% bonus)
