About the role
This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the 3-5 year enterprise learning strategy aligned to corporate goals
- Identify future capability requirements and ensure proactive development pathways
- Establish enterprise standards for leadership development and digital learning
- Serve as a trusted advisor on capability and development strategy to senior leadership
- Align learning priorities with strategic initiatives and organizational culture efforts
- Drive accountability for leadership development and capability building
- Own and oversee the executive coaching program, including strategy and governance
Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness
- Masters, PhD/MD preferred
- Demonstrated success leading multi-year, enterprise-wide learning strategies in complex organizations
- Ability to influence without authority across senior leaders and functions
- Prioritized experience managing significant budgets and enterprise vendor portfolios
- Proven experience designing and overseeing executive coaching programs
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite discussions

Pay
$185,000 – $234,650 annually
