Head of Embodied AI, Data Foundry

For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Head of Embodied AI Data Foundry to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution in a complex logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and initial pilot projects with AI and robotics firms
• Define and build the product roadmap for high-quality data capture programs
• Establish and manage the data capture operation in warehouse settings
• Hire and lead a senior technical team, guiding them on product quality and systems
• Collaborate across functions to deliver datasets that meet customer specifications

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end data operations within robotics, AI, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and make architecture decisions
• Experience commercializing data products for robotics or AI companies
• Strong understanding of the full data lifecycle from capture to delivery
• Ability to navigate both strategic and operational tasks effectively
• Deep knowledge of the physical AI landscape and data needs for training models

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
