Director of Embodied AI, Data Foundry

For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Director of Embodied AI Data Foundry to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution in a complex logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Close initial pilot deals with customers in humanoid robotics and physical AI disciplines
• Define and deliver high-quality data products aligned with customer needs
• Establish and manage the warehouse capture operation for data processing
• Build and lead a senior team as the business scales, setting technical direction
• Coordinate across various departments to ensure timely data delivery and operations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data operations or data product management, particularly in robotics or AI
• Proven track record in managing the entire lifecycle of data collection, from definition to delivery
• Technical proficiency to lead engineers and evaluate data pipeline architectures
• Strong commercial acumen, particularly in selling data products or understanding ML customer needs
• Deep knowledge of the physical AI landscape, with insights into humanoid robotics and data requirements

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
