Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions for the company team members to ensure everyone is product-savvy
- Conduct customer workshops to deliver in-depth product knowledge and successful outcomes
- Create onboarding processes that provide value from the contract signing onward
- Onboard new hires through a structured program for quicker productivity
- Develop a comprehensive demo library for sales and customers to access diverse learning materials
- Establish the company Academy, including curriculum and certifications for both internal and external audiences
- Facilitate community engagement by organizing spaces and events for shared learning
- Produce educational content for the market, aiming to set the standard in CX AI education
- Empower sales teams with effective demos and positioning narratives to boost conversions
- Develop AI systems to automate and scale all educational initiatives
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of AI products, able to teach and navigate the company effectively
- Exceptional teaching skills, capable of simplifying complex topics into digestible sessions
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities for crafting clear narratives around products
- Experience in community building, fostering engagement among users and partners
- Track record of developing AI systems and workflows, specifically in product contexts
- Prior experience in building programs or communities from inception
- Passion for consumer brands and familiarity with notable clients
