Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
- Lead growth marketing efforts across various channels prioritizing efficiency and ROI
- Oversee website strategy to maximize conversion rates and enhance brand experience
- Develop and scale SEO/AEO and content initiatives to attract organic traffic
- Create impactful demand generation campaigns to shape market perception of the company
- Implement an experimentation framework for A/B testing and channel evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with audience segments and pipeline goals
- Manage agency relationships ensuring quality and alignment
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Optimize the growth marketing tech stack in partnership with RevOps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in a growth leadership role
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets through digital channels
- Experience with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM motions
- Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and dashboarding tools like Looker or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience in team management and collaboration with agencies
