Pipeline Generation
We need you to build and scale the systems that generate high-quality pipeline for the sales team. This includes:
- Creating and managing pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Executing both inbound and outbound strategies
- Optimizing the sales funnel for better conversion rates
- Testing and iterating on various channels, messaging, and GTM motions
Strategy and Execution
You will lead the development and execution of demand gen strategies, including:
- Developing and refining demand gen tactics
- Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of different channels and campaigns
- Scaling the demand gen function over time
Attribution and Metrics
Your responsibilities also include:
- Tracking and analyzing attribution models to understand customer behavior
- Calculating Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and other key metrics
- Reporting on pipeline performance and providing insights to inform decision-making
AI-Driven Growth Systems
You will be responsible for:
- Building and implementing AI-driven growth systems and automations
- Continuously testing and improving these systems based on data and feedback
Team Building and Scaling
As the demand gen leader, you will:
- Hire and develop a strong team to support the growth initiatives
- Ensure the demand gen function is aligned with broader company goals and strategies
